Xander was the president of the Hex Girls fan club.
Physical appearance[]
Xander is a young woman with long brown hair, black eyes and applies red lipstick. She wears a pink blouse with an open collar and the sleeves rolled up to her elbows, black pants, matching pink-topped sneakers and a brown watch on her left wrist. She is also seen carrying a brown handbag strapped over her right shoulder.
Personality[]
Xander seemed like a pleasant, almost timid, person but despite being the leader of the Hex Girls fan club she resented the fact that she was forced to quit the band due to her stage fright. She was bitter enough to want to permanently change her friends' personalities and destroy their careers due to her jealousy. Interestingly, in the guise of Ester Moonkiller, she had no problem being on stage and telling everyone they were cursed, at least until the end of the mystery.

Season one[]
Xander was formerly a member of the Hex Girls, a rock band with Thorn, Dusk, and Luna. However, she was forced to quit the band due to her fear of performing which triggered severe hives. Growing increasingly jealous of her former band members as they gained fame, Xander disguised herself as the ghost of Ester Moonkiller to sabotage the band. She sent the Hex Girls a guitar which affected the player's brainwaves and changed their personalities. The guitar first affected Tiny, their roadie, who tuned the guitar. Xander was first seen interviewing the Hex Girls regarding Tiny's situation.
Xander unmasked.
Xander was caught attempting to sabotage a second concert after Velma reversed the curse's effects. After running onstage as Moonkiller's ghost, she became intimidated by the crowd and attempted to retreat, but was captured by a trap prepared by Mystery Inc. She was then unmasked, exposed for her crimes, and handed over to the authorities.
