  • The werewolf in the Scooby-Doo! Team-Up story Nothing is Impossible is based on this one.
  • How can Oakley be the 5 foot Werewolf when he is obviously taller than Shaggy Rogers who is 6 foot tall?
  • He has a cameo in the Wacky Races reboot episode Backseat Drivers.
  • Although he appeared three times in A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts, the gang see him only once.
