Wolf Whippet claimed to be a documentary film maker doing a story on the Doos, called Doo: An American Saga. He was actually a thief trying to dig up the Doo family jeweled bone in Doo Manor.
Physical appearance[]
Wolf Whippet is a fairly tall, slightly obese, square-chinned man with light orange hair. He wears a red hat and a yellow jacket over a white T-shirt.
Personality[]
Wolf seems eager to film Spooky-Doo. When he was revealed to be controlling Spooky-Doo the robot, he is angry and greedy in wanting to steal the jeweled bone, and blamed Scooby for ruining it.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (Archie Comics)[]
He met the gang who were checking out Doo Manor after Scooby-Doo had just inherited it from Spooky-Doo. Wolf wanted to interview his ghost, who was rumored to have returned. He disappeared shortly after Spooky-Doo made his presence known. The gang eventually caught onto his plan after finding that a piece of Spooky's tail had broken of, which was really its antenna, meaning the ghost was just a robot. The gang rigged up a video game controller to intercept Wolf's remote control. Scooby guided the robot to bring Wolf to them, who moaned about his capture and preventing him from stealing the jewel-encrusted bone.
Appearances[]
- Scooby-Doo (Archie Comics)
- #20(a). The Legend of Spooky-Doo
Notes/trivia[]
- It's possible he was doing a story on the Doo Manor, but it's more than likely that was just a cover.
