It's a dark green witch with blue hair and a long nose and chin. She wore a dark blue pointy hat with a tattered robe, an orange scarf and blue shoes.

She was an eerie individual, who gave an ominous warning to Shaggy about what he'll encountered in the future.

After waking up from a terrible nightmare about going to Canada and seeing Bigfoot while working as a Mountie, Shaggy was relieved that it wasn't true. Until a Witch suddenly appeared out of nowhere, warning him that what he dreamt about was actually true. Shaggy woke up again realizing it was another nightmare, and it later ended up being true.
