William Pratt was presumably a police rookie that joined in on solving the transforming Grotesques situations in Gotham City, but was really a human disguise used by Clayface.
Physical appearance[]
William was a young adult man with curly brown hair. He wore a police uniform consisting of a blue hat and matching jacket with a black tie, matching colored pants, belt and shoes.
Personality[]
He's a nervous individual do to it presumably being his first case, and was trying to be flirty towards Daphne in wanting to protect her from monsters.

He was called upon to help with a strange situation of citizens of Gotham turning into Grotesques statues and either flying away or attacking people, thanks to the footage of a tour guide becoming one. He soon took a quick liking towards Daphne and told her he wanted to protect her from monsters whenever she wants to make a call, but gets interrupted and yelled at by detective Harvey Bullock about the Grotesques and caused him to stammer, but before he could start a sentence, he turned into a one-to-one perfect copy of the statue hanging in front of the police station and flys away. Getting followed by the gang and the Dynamic Duo shortly after, but they didn't find him anywhere.
It was later revealed that he, along with three other people were actually not real as his name hadn't been used in decades, he was a human disguise Clayface transformed into using the real name of famous horror actor Boris Karloff, in order to distract people with publicity so he could steal memorabilia from the Sprang Theater.
