Captain Wilbur Orville was a pilot for Receding Airlines.

Orville is a young man with blond hair and glasses. He wore a pilot's uniform consisting of a white polo shirt and a gold epaulette with two stripes on it.
History[]
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? (DC Comics)[]
When the gang and passengers on the airplane saw the Ghost of Cordelia Fairheart, there was a big panic. Nelly Armstrong, Orville's co-pilot, came out and asked Lindy if they needed to turn around. Lindy did not think it was necessary, but Armstrong wanted to check every inch of the plane before she and Orville made that decision themselves.
The gang later caught the ghost of Cordelia Fairheart, who turned out to be Armstrong in disguise. She and Orville had been offered more money from another airline, and the only way they thought they could get out of working for Receding Airlines, was staging the attack.
