Wilbur is the young nephew of Uncle Cosgrove, who willed Wilbur his house.
Physical appearance[]
Wilbur's a short kid with brown hair, wears a blue shirt, dark red pants, black shoes and a big red jacket with green gloves while out in the snow.
Personality[]
Wilbur is considered a spoiled brat (even by Scrappy-Doo), and didn't get along well with the guys of the Fearless Detective Agency escorting him to his chalet. But by the end, having saved him from the Abominable Snowman, he liked them a lot more, although they still thought he was more trouble than he was worth.

Season three[]
The Fearless Detective Agency are tasked with escorting him to his late Uncle Cosgrove's Chalet by midnight to receive his fortune. He plays a prank on them by telling them the Abominable Snowman is coming, but the real one shows up afterwards. The snowman caught him and attempted to escape on skis, but the trio also used skis to get him back and lost the snowman right outside the chalet.
While waiting for the lawyer the snowman attacks them again and they captured it using a folding bed. The snowman was really Wilbur's Cousin Sherwood who wanted the fortune to himself. The lawyer arrives and Wilbur receives the fortune taking the credit. He tells the guys they'll have to go all the way back, much to their dismay.
