She completed her training with the Super Friends a long time ago, and went onto become an FBI agent.

Scooby-Doo! Team-Up

When Velma Dinkley, Shaggy Rogers, and Scooby-Doo needed to be incognito of their investigation of the Rainbow Ghosts at the Hall of Justice, they wore the superhero clothes of Wendy, Marvin White, and Wonder Dog, respectively.[1]
