This article is about the animated Weird Al Yankovic. For the real-world musician, see Weird Al Yankovic (musician).

"Weird Al" Yankovic is a famous musician who performs polkas on an accordion.

Physical appearance[]

Weird Al Yankovic is a tall, slender man with brown curly hair extending to shoulder length. He has an oblong face, long, protruding chin and pointy nose. He wears a red, button-up Hawaiian shirt decorated with yellow and green flowers and a left breast pocket. He also wears blue jeans and brown sneakers with white soles.

Personality[]

Yankovic is an energetic and cheerful person, attempting to entertain Mystery Inc. during their investigations. A musician, he is frequently seen singing short musical verses, some of which are based on existing tunes, even in times where their safety is under direct threat. These short musical compositions, mixing both chest voice and falsetto, always amuse Shaggy and Scooby but they irritate Fred, Velma and Daphne, who despise his frequent singing. In the face of danger, he initially evaded threats but eventually showed courage in helping Mystery Inc. capture the dinosaur by acting as the trap's bait.

History[]

Batman: The Brave and the Bold[]

Season two[]

Yankovic was at the Gotham City theater when the Footlight Phantom attacked and drove away his audience. The Phantom sent him through a trapdoor, and he landed on the lost treasure of Bulldog Benson. He used the money to establish a polka museum.[1]

Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]

Season one[]

Yankovic owned an accordion camp in the Rocky Mountains, but a dinosaur emerged from a nearby cave and attacked the camp, his camp was abandoned by the children, whose parents withdrew them from the camp. So, Yankovic collaborated with Mystery Inc. in investigating the dinosaur attacks, following the dinosaur's traces to the cave where it came from. After meeting with potential suspects and finding a potentially-valuable dinosaur fossil, Yankovic created a trap that could be used to capture the dinosaur. The group discovered there was a second dinosaur attacking the camp, but Yankovic's trap succeeded in capturing both monsters. After he helped incriminate Pete and Pete as the dinosaurs, children returned to Yankovic's camp. (Attack of the Weird Al-Osaurus!)
