Warner Bros. Animation (WBA) is a division of Warner Bros, and a subsidiary of Time Warner, founded in 1930. It was famous for producing the theatrical Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts (including such stars as Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner). Since 1990, WBA has primarily focused upon the production of television and feature animation of other properties, notably including those related to Time Warner's DC Comics publications (including Batman and Superman), as well as the Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, and Tom and Jerry franchises.

Hanna-Barbera was folded into Warner Bros. Animation in 2001, after the death of co-founder William Hanna.
