Warehouse 12 is the workshop of toy inventor Louie Hong Fa, located in the warehouse district of Hong Kong. Mystery Inc. visited the warehouse to interrogate Hong Fa regarding the local dragon attacks and theft of the Ling Ming Candy Ring.

Mystery Inc. visited Warehouse 12 to interrogate its owner, toy inventor Louie Hong Fa, about the theft of the Ling Ming Candy Ring, as he was suspected by the ring's owner, Harold Ling. They were directed to the warehouse district by acrobat Mei Ling, and they used the warehouse number printed on one of Hong Fa's toys to locate his warehouse. Inside, they found a voice message from Hong Fa telling them to meet him at King's Road, where they collaborated to investigate further. Hong Fa later returned with Shaggy and Scooby to repair Shaggy's bathtub toy, Duck Guy.
