Sykes is a young African American woman with brown wavy hair. She wears a white buttoned shirt under a black jacket with notch lapels. She also wears brown pants, black high heels, golden hoop earrings and a necklace with a small pendant.
Personality[]
Sykes is very fond of Scooby, having met him at a dog show and given him the blue ribbon for his personality. As such, she cooperated with Mystery Inc.'s investigations of the fish monster, assisting in its capture.

Season one[]
Sykes visited Peebles Pet Supply Mega-Store, but witnessed the fish monster attacks and the kidnapping of Mr. Peebles. As Mystery Inc. visited the store at the same time, she collaborated with the group in investigating the monster. At one point, she was kidnapped by the monster and was found bound to the wall and gagged. Eventually, Sykes helped Mystery Inc. capture the fish monster. After Mr. Peebles was incriminated for the crime, she adopted Magilla Gorilla, one of the pets living in the store.
