Walter is a prospective businessman who bought land in Hawaii with plans to build a hotel on it. After working with Mystery Inc. and exposing a seashell smuggling plot, he planned to protect the seashells from human activity, building his hotel while keeping the seashells unharmed.

History[]

Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]

Walter bought a plot of land in Hawaii and invited Mystery Inc. to the site to help him design a hotel for the property. However, meeting with a local storyteller, they learned of an island spirit, Heewanu, terrorizing tourists surfing on the ocean. When they encountered Heewanu themselves, Walter met with the broker, attempting to sell the land back to him, but the broker refused to buy it. So, Walter collaborated with Mystery Inc. to investigate the monster, eventually exposing the broker for posing as Heewanu to smuggle seashells on the property. As the broker was arrested, Walter planned to protect the seashells when the hotel opened, allowing guests to see them but preventing them from touching or taking them.
