W.B. Shuggs is an oilman-turned-solar-power-magnate who hiked in the African jungle in Jessica Biel's tour group.

Shuggs is a plump, middle-aged man with grey hair and a mustache. He wears a collared beige shirt, a brown wide-brimmed hat, and dons a large red rucksack.
Personality[]
Shuggs appeared to be a man who radically changed his views after meeting with Jessica Biel. Apparently formerly a greedy man who drilled oil, Marrimbas would condemn his past self for destroying nature for personal gain, working with more sustainable industry. He spoke to Mystery Inc. in a strangely-friendly way, leading them to suspect it to be a facade.

Season two[]
Shuggs joined a tour group with actress Jessica Biel in the jungle near Mount Kilimanjaro. While hiking, Biel convinced him to change his career path, closing his oil fields and instead working with solar power. He was first seen in his tour group speaking with Mystery Inc. shortly after they got lost in the jungle. For his seemingly-sudden change of heart, Daphne, Fred, and Velma all suspected him of masterminding the giant gorilla attacks. However, he was found innocent after they instead incriminated travel writer Joyce Dranders for the crime.
