Vito is the Italian owner of Pizza Barn, a pizzeria in Coolsville.

Vito is a short, middle-aged man, with black, curly hair around the sides of his bald hald, and a thin long black mustache. He wears a white chef outfit with a hat and apron, as well as white shoes.

His restaurant was Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo's favorite pizza place in town, however, one day their order from his place was delivered by the pizza delivery monster that scared the two so much they wanted to stop eating there. Vito assured them he didn't even deliver their pizza yet. Mr. O'Greazy who is a business rival of Vito came over his place and tried to seduce the two to start being his own customers in his O'Greazy's Bucket O' Fun Restaurant, before Vito made him go away. It turned out that the culprit was Benjy, a customer and ex-champion of the Pizza Barn's annual pizza-eating contest, who lost to Shaggy & Scooby for three years in a row.
With Benjy out of the picture, Shaggy and Scooby won the contest again; and Vito awarded them with so much pizza it took him a truck, a helicopter, and a ship to deliver it all to the Rogers home.
