Vince Rogers was the first of two human disguises worn by Cluemaster.
Physical appearance[]
Vince was a tall, slightly built man with curly black hair. When the gang met him at the library, he wore a white shirt with two breast pockets, gold badges, a black security hat and double tie, along with black pants and shows.
While at the bank, he wore a blue shirt with two breast pockets, silver badges and a black tie, plus gray pants with a black belt and shoes.
Personality[]
He appeared to be a decent guy, apologizing for supposedly misunderstanding the gang were just doing a little clue competition and wanted to spice things up in the libraries formerly dark empty feel. However, he was a corrupt individual who secretly tricked the gang into being framed for thefts they didn't cause.

"Vince" unmasked.
He was involved with the gang after they presumably have been trespassing the Huntingstun Library and dressed as a ghost to scare them away. But had his disguise torn off by Batman, who suspected the gang being involved in some thieving of a rare book and had Vince arrest them.
Vince was later called to the bank after hearing that the gang went into the vault presumably trying to rob it, but Velma responds stating they were framed and the reasoning for opening the vault was to catch a criminal. He doesn't by the claim and states that they will be having a longer sentence since they were given a chance last time when Bruce Wayne bailed them out, but shortly after, Batman surprise throws a Batarang at him. Which pins him against the wall, and reveals he did in fact commit a robbery, thanks to some clues Velma discovered, Vince wasn't who they thought he was.
Cluemaster unmasked.
After being unmasked twice, first being the supposed dog groomer the gang met at Canterbury Tails, and then the ghost at Huntingstun Library, it was actually the Cluemaster, a foe of Batman's who setted up the entire thing just to get the gang out of the way so he could steal various rare items.
