Dr. Velma Dinkley was a leading scientist at the underground Complex Alpha in Nevada, until Project Elysium was activated and turned a large percentage of Earth's population into monsters.

After the Henry Hudson Mall was converted into a makeshift home and base for the gang and other survivors of Project Elysium, she began a romance with Shaggy Rogers, which led to the conception and birth of their baby son, Frederick Rogers-Dinkley.

Physical appearance[]

Velma is an adult woman, with shoulder-length brown hair and eyes. She is always wearing thick black-framed glasses, due to the fact that her vision is blurry. She is always wearing and orange sweater with a red jacket and a darker orange colored skirt. She wears dark orange colored shoes and light orange socks with them.
