Velma Dinkley is the brains of the mystery-solving team, Mystery Inc. After she and her friends graduate high school, they all go on a Summer road trip in their van, the Mystery Machine.
Physical appearance
Velma has chin-length auburn hair, freckles on her face thick-framed square glasses, a turtle neck sweater, a short red skirt, short orange knee-length socks and red Mary Jane shoes.
Personality
She is very intellligent, although this conflicts with her people skills. She's doesn't know how to swim,[1], and is wikipedia:deathly afraid of the water because of it (this may also make her wikipedia:Thalassophobia:afraid of leaving land, too).[2] She has to wear floats, not only on her arms, but on her neck, too.[1]
