As the monster's name implies, the Vampire Werewolf Mummy Ghost from Outer Space is a hybrid of several archetypal monsters. It was a grey, bipedal creature with a werewolf-like face, eyes, and fangs, with grey hair and a beard. However, it also wore the collar of a vampire cape with a silver medallion, was wrapped in bandages like a mummy, glowed like a ghost, and had two antennae on its head like an alien.

Fred Jones unmasked the Vampire Werewolf Mummy Ghost from Outer Space, along with two similar but unrelated monsters, at a construction site. Mystery Inc. recognized the culprit as Wayne, the child Daphne babysat, but his motives were never explained.
