Vampire Palooza is a traveling vampire festival, run by Lita Rutland.

Early history[]
It traveled around the country and it had come to the town of Petit Chauve Sourie Ville several times in the past, and rented the grounds of the home of Vincent Van Helsing each time.

During the festival, the vampire, Lord Valdronya, appeared and tried to take Daphne Blake as a "vampire bride."
