The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo
The device was being pitched by an ex-vacuum cleaner salesman, showcasing it while the Marrakesh Paranormal Convention was in town. When Flim-Flam tested it out, he accidently sucked up Scooby-Doo.[1]
