Notes/trivia
- The episode title is a play on the titles "uncle and aunt" so it sounds like "Uncle Scooby and Aunt Arctica".
- "Uncle Scooby" was also an affectionate nickname, his nephew, Scrappy-Doo, called him.
- The zoo would likely be in Coolsville, but that isn't explicitly established.
- The Mystery Machine does not appear.
- In closed captioning, Zelig is called "Zella".
Miscellaneous
- Disguises: Shaggy and Scooby as octupuses; gang and Little Pete as snowmen.
Cultural references
- Armand Zola is a reference to the Marvel comic book villain Arnim Zola, who transfers his mind between robotic bodies to avoid death.
Animation mistakes and/or technical glitches
- In one scene the fur on Daphne's hood is white instead of purple.
Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities
- It's unknown if Zola owned the Cape Dart Way Station or owned, and what happened to it after he decided to leave.
