Uncle Happytime was Shaggy Rogers in disguise, pretending to be a clown/TV host.

Physical appearance[]

Uncle Happytime wore a red clown suit with a ruff collar and cuffs that had a black and white scallop patter on the side and a light blue face. He also wore typical clown makeup, including white face-paint with bright red lips, a giant red clown nose, light blue skull cap, white gloves, and a tiny red hat.

History[]

Scooby-Doo, Where Are You![]

Season two[]

Shaggy and Scooby-Doo jumped behind a TV set to hide from the Ghost of Mr. Hyde. Hyde turned on the TV when he failed to find them, which prompted the duo to try and fool the ghost by acting out the roles of famous TV characters from inside the TV. In one such scene, Shaggy appeared as Uncle Happytime, a clown who introduces the King of the Wild Blue Yonder (portrayed by Scooby).[1]
