Tulie's Boat Rentals is an abandoned business in the outskirts of a swamp around Petit Chauve Sourie Ville. The sign actually reads "tulie's boat rentals" (sic).

The man who called himself Tulie admitted it wasn't his real name, but he had taken to using it while squatting there. Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo took temporary refuge there after a night in the swamp, when Shaggy was afraid he was turning into a vampire. They left abruptly after Tulie told them the gumbo they just ate was made from leeches.
