Tress MacNeille is an American voice actress and former disc jockey. She may be best known for doing the voices of Babs Bunny on Tiny Toon Adventures (alongside co-stars, Charlie Adler, Don Messick, and Cree Summer), and Dot Warner on Animaniacs (co-starring Rob Paulsen and Jess Harnell). She is also known for voicing Mrs. Skinner on The Simpsons (starring Dan Castellaneta and Maggie Roswell).

Her first known show to be associated with, was The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour in 1982, although it's unknown if it was for the Scooby or the The Puppy's Further Adventures segment.[2]
