The inne wa originally run by an unnamed owner that ended up falling victim to Madame La Zonker, a witch and the leader of a group of devil worshipping monsters who would later take the place over as theirs for the worshipping traps on future victims.
The gang later got involved when Madame La Zonker attempted to get them into their respective locations for later sacrificing, but it ended up going wrong when Scooby broke out of one of the traps, took on one of the members and later caused mass panic to the point they had to close the place up.
