Tooma was the disguise of Wally Veevers, ex-brother-in-law of Gary Oldknow.
Physical appearance[]
Tooma resembled a humanoid tiki. It had a white tiki mask with red facial details, yellow eyes, two gray bat wings, and a green leaf on its body. It's hands were red in color as well. Tooma's body had a muscular build.

- Pyrokinesis - Tooma could summon fire, which was really Wally using fireworks. He set up a batch of rockets he could launch by remote control.

He stole an old monster-movie costume from his neighbor, Sam V. Arkowitz. He wanted to put a drive-in movie place out of business so he could use the land for a Wally-Mart.
