Tom Ruegger is an American animation writer, producer, and director. In the 1980s he worked for Hanna-Barbera, working on shows such as Yogi's Treasure Hunt, and eventually creating A Pup Named Scooby-Doo in 1988. In 1989, he left the studio to work for Warner Bros. Animation, creating shows such as Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, and Histeria! In the 2010s, he developed Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, and headed the crew of Disney's The 7D.
