Tom is a young adult male with light brown hair, he is only shown in a flashback wearing an orange short-sleeved shirt.

He's a nice guy, but has a bad case of Acrophobia (fear of heights).

He once worked as an employee at Benjy Kord's Rockin' Gym. But was later fired do to his fear of heights.
When the gym was being haunted by an Abominable snowman, he became a possible suspect of being the monster, but was proven innocent. It was later revealed that Hy Pique, the owner of the other climbing gym hired Tom to watch over while he was busy trying to scare people away from Benjy's gym so they could go to his.
Tom was presumably fired after Shaggy mentioned to Hy about his fear of heights.
