The Titanic Twist was the disguise of Connie and Curt Crunch.
Physical appearance[]
The Titanic Twist was supposedly the ghost of a professional wrestler heavily deformed by a dangerous wrestling move. As such, It had purple skin, an oblong, misshapen face, and crooked teeth. It appeared muscular with very veiny arms, but had a bent posture and had both arms on the left side of his body. It also wore black wrestling briefs with a red belt and gold belt buckle, red knee pads, and red shoes.
Personality[]
The Titanic Twist was a menacing, raging monster that chased, attacked and often injured wrestlers with brutish force, sometimes picking them up and throwing them similar to a wrestler. Supposedly the ghost of a wrestler killed in the ring, it committed acts of terror as vengeance for its death.
Powers and abilities[]
- Physical strength: The Titanic Twist had superhuman physical strength, being able to lift an occupied trailer and throw it. He was also able to subdue professional wrestlers by secretly emitting a mist that made them drowsy.
- Left arms: The Titanic had both arms on the left side of its arms, which rendered many wrestlers' defensive moves ineffective against the monster.

Season three[]
The Titanic Twist was the disguise of Curt and Connie Crunch, children of professional wrestler Malachi Crunch. Concerned about their father's dangerous profession, they attempted to scare him into retiring so he would not risk injury in the ring. The disguise was the supposed ghost of a wrestler killed and grossly disfigured by the "Titanic Twist," a dangerous move that was outlawed after its only use. As the Titanic Twist, Curt and Connie terrorized the Bosepheus Jumbo Wrestling Bowl during a major event.
The monster was first seen attacking Sparrow Man, a wrestler at the arena's event. Sparrow Man broke his left arm after the attack and resigned. He later abducted another wrestler, the Scientist, keeping him bound and tape-gagged in a closet. Each time, he weakened his victims using a sleep-inducing mist, allowing them to subdue the wrestlers despite being children. He then threw Malachi Crunch's trailer over the edge of a cliff with Shaggy and Scooby still in it. Mystery Inc. later witnessed the Titanic Twist destroying Malachi Crunch's exhibit to make him appear to be the monster's primary target.

The Titanic Twist later attacked Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby while they were posing as custodians. Chasing them onto a platform, he subdued Fred, rendering him unconscious, and abducted him, keeping him bound in a room full of salted pretzels. Finally, he entered a steel wrestling cage with Shaggy and Scooby, intending to combat them in front of the entire audience. However, Daphne and Velma used the cage controls to rotate the cage, disorienting the monster, then use the other machinery to capture the monster.
