Tim Conway was an American actor, voice actor, comedian, writer, director, known for his comedic roles on The Carol Burnett Show (starring Carol Burnett), McHale's Navy, and The Steve Allen Show. He was also the voice of Barnacle Boy on SpongeBob SquarePants (starring Tom Kenny as the title character), and also replaced the late Don Knotts, as the voice of Deputy Sniffer for Disney's Buddies film series.
