The Three Stooges are a comedy act consisting of: Moe Howard (black bowl cut), Larry Fine (bushy reddish hair), and "Curly" Joe DeRita (crew cut). There is a great deal of physical comedy and slapstick as they interact with each other.
The Three Stooges, they were famous for their slapstick comedy in different mediums, including, stage, film, television, and comic books.
When they bought a ghost town-themed amusement park, unexplained spooky things started to happen, which forced them to close it down.
The New Scooby-Doo Movies
The mystery gang later found the culprit behind the closure, and 3 Stooges Ghost Town was reopened to the public.

- While in real-life the Three Stooges always had Moe Howard and Larry Fine, the third role was in constant rotation of a new (or sometimes returning) member. The line-up of the animated Stooges who appear in The New Scooby-Doo Movies, consist of the final on-screen incarnation: Howard, Fine, and Joe "Curly Joe" DeRita; DeRita joined in 1959 and remained with them until the group dissolved in 1970 due to various health problems.
- None of them voiced their animated counterparts.
- The real Three Stooges were inspirations for the Brewski Sisters from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo episode When You Witch Upon a Star, and the Boo Brothers from the TV movie, Scooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers.
