The thief is an adult man with brown hair and a black pencil mustache. He is only seen wearing his Gargoyle costume.
Personality[]
He was pretty determined on getting the piece of the Dragon's Eye gem and escaping the area just to get his payment.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
He was hired by Lee Shiu Shian, an international jewel thief, to steal the gem piece of the Dragon's Eye off of Madame LeRoux's necklace.
He dressed in a foam rubber gargoyle costume and coated it in spackle paint to make it look like it was made of stone, he then went and blended in with six other gargoyles near a building where the "Informal gathering of mystery writers, readers and solvers" was being hosted.
He managed to sneak his way into the building and hide in an off limit area, he ended up getting lucky as Madame LeRoux walked in to ask someone to leave the room, before attacking her and stealing her necklace.
He was then pursued by Fred and the cowardly duo on the rooftops during a stormy night, he managed to get ahead, find Lee and give him the necklace. The next thing he had to do is go receive the other half of his payment in an unknown specified location.

Unmasked because foam rubber suit + rain = bad.
That however, led to his greatest mistake. He tried to use another escape rope to get out of the area, but ended up getting covered in so much water, thanks to some foolery by Shaggy which caused Fred to use a hammer to burst open a pipe, causes his costume to get flooded rendering him unable to move. He was later Incarcerated some time after.
