Physical appearance[]
The thief is an adult man with brown hair. He was only seen in costume as Il Diavolo.
Personality[]
He was determined on getting the piece of the Dragon's Eye gem. But unlike the last thief Lee hired who went with a sneaking method on getting the ruby, he went all out and attacked.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (DC Comics)[]
He was hired by international jewel thief, Lee Shiu Shian to steal a piece of the Dragon's Eye gem. Which was located in a museum in Italy.
The method on getting it involved disguising as Il Diavolo, a demon on horseback, his was mechanical. When the gang arrived and left the room they were in to search for clues, he kidnapped a security guard and placed him in a hidden room behind the Il Diavolo painting.
He was about to surprise attack Fred and the others when he heard Shaggy call out that he and Scoob found the stone. And went to target them instead.
He snatched the gem piece out of Shaggy's hand while chasing him and Scooby down the halls of the museum, before making his getaway. He luckily found Lee Shiu Shian, who was in disguise as a janitor, and tossed the gem into the green bucket he was using, handing him it.
Horse galloper unmasked.
He was stopped shortly after when Daphne quickly used a yellow bucket to pour it down on the ground, which made him slip and slide into a bunch of things and crash head first into a painting.
