There's a Doctor in the House is the seventh episode of the second season of Shaggy & Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!, and the twentieth overall.

Premise

Scooby and Shaggy are stunned when their arch-nemesis, Dr. Phibes shows up at the door seeking sanctuary. It turns out, Phibes has been ousted from his lair by his "evil" clone who is planning to set off a doomsday device that will destroy the world.

Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities

• The episode begins with Shaggy worrying about the threat of Phibes's clones, but if they're such a big of a threat as he makes it sounds, then it would make much more sense if this episode followed directly on from The Many Faces of Evil, instead of airing two episodes later.
• Agent 3 calls Agent 2, "Zachary", but later in Super Scary Movie Night, he calls himself "Jeff".
• Surprisingly, watching the Polar Bear 3000 doesn't bring up any bad memories.
• When Dr. Phibes leaves the mansion and Shaggy and Scooby get out of the house, Shaggy's in his pyjamas and his hair is messy. But when they go back inside, terrified by the Phibes detector, Shaggy is in his everyday outfit and his hair is as usual.
