The Quagmire Quake Caper is the second half of the second episode of The New Scooby and Scrappy Doo Show. It was preceded by Scoobygeist.
Premise
Daphne and the guys with the "help" of Mr. Grumper, the seismologist, try to solve the mystery of the strange earthquakes that are happening on the Indian land, and the slimy monster that is trying to scare everyone away.
