Notes/trivia[]
- This, the Warrior Queen, and the Mermaid are the only costumes in the Coolsonian Criminology Museum to not be based on a pre-existing monster.
- His design is likely based on the Ghost of Elias Kingston from the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode, What the Hex Going On?.
