The End is Here! is the single story in Scooby Apocalypse #36, by DC Comics. This is also the final story of the Scooby Apocalypse series, as it was cancelled by DC Comics, although it was able to come to its natural end.

Seeing humanity as a plague, the Nanite King is on the verge of wiping out all of the human race, but Velma and Fred have devised a plan to turn the tables on the Nanite King, but at a grave cost.

Inconsistencies/continuity errors and/or goofs/oddities[]
- The Mystery Machine never had its name written its body, but is down so on page 6, panel 3, anyway, to grab Fred's attention.
- It's also written as if he had more of a personal attachment than the others, like his animated counterpart, but in the Scooby Apocalypse universe, one could argue it was more Shaggy's van than Fred's.
