The Case of the Video Game Ghoul is the second story in Scooby-Doo's Super Case Book II.
Premise[]
Shaggy and Scooby-Doo are having tons of fun at the Video Shack Arcade at the local mall, but soon an ugly creature has come out of one of the video games and traps them inside. Now it's up to the gang to get them out and defeat this ghoul. It is very bad business for the arcade as well. Will Parent Against Video Entertainment (or P.A.V.E. for short) succeed in their plan to save their kids from the effects of the arcade's video games and also have the last laugh?
