The Case of the Prophetic Painting is the fifth story in Scooby-Doo's Super Case Book II.
Premise[]
Julia Jerome, the museum director of the City Art Museum, has hired Mystery Inc. to come and see a certain painting at once. This painting is called "Man In A Museum". The problem with it is that every time the museum director turns around, the painting changes. That particular painting was done by a late Mexican painter by the name of Maria Comengo. The painter's only son, Igor, seems to believe that his late mother has come back from beyond the grave and is changing the paintings with her own mind. However, the gang seem to think that there is more to this mystery than meets the eye. But what is it?
