The Technomancer was the disguise of the janitor at the Museum of Future Sciences.
Physical appearance[]
Although it is not confirmed to be a ghost, the Technomancer has many phantom-like features. The Technomancer is a large, floating specter covered with a black hooded cloak, though it is later shown to be green when captured. The cloak is tattered at the ends, and by some unknown means green binary numbers '0' and '1' are seen travelling across the cloak. Most of its face is obscured and its only facial features are two red eyes and a gaping mouth.
Personality[]
In contrast to many monsters, the Technomancer does not tend to chase its targets; instead, it controls the robots around it, which then chase the targets on its behalf. Avoiding personal conflict with targets, it attempts to deter people away with threats, and when its robots are destroyed, it attempts to retreat with a vehicle.
Skills and abilities[]
- Hacking: While the Technomancer seems to be incapable of direct physical combat, it possesses the unique ability to control the robots around it via hacking. While these robots are not particularly fast or strong, the Technomancer is capable of controlling multiple robots at once, which follow it like a posse.
- Levitation: Through an unknown means, the Technomancer is capable of levitation. However, it has not been shown flying high in open air, and still prefers to escape with a vehicle.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?[]
Season one[]

The janitor unmasked.
While cleaning the Museum of Future Sciences, an unnamed janitor discovered gold on a Nazi U-boat exhibit, which was rumoured to have been lost during the Second World War. The gold was disguised as numerous submarine parts, so in order to steal the gold, she had to replace each part with a plastic replica. So, she created the technomancer disguise to deter others from interfering in her operations. The Technomancer was first seen threatening Mystery Inc. in the museum's robot exhibit, hacking the robots to chase them away. Upon being exposed for her crime, the janitor was handed over to authorities.
