F(H)J v FJ Jnr[]

How can these not be the same person? Again, I don't have the luxury of seeing the show yet, Are the regulars (Shaggy, Velma, etc), the same as previous shows? Piandao and Scooby! 18:32, November 19, 2010 (UTC)

This is a modernizied retelling/set in an alternate universe. The series now airs in the UK. Anythingspossibleforapossible 23:04, November 19, 2010 (UTC)
So that makes all characters different then? My view is that they are the same characters and their pages edited accordingly, just as with the monsters that are cosutmes in series and real ghosts in films, see Tar Monster. Hopefully there will be a general consensus at some point. I'll be in the UK chrsitmas and will try to view some shows then if it's still on. Piandao and Scooby! 23:24, November 19, 2010 (UTC)
Fred was leaving Crystal Cove and it shows Brad was his real dad and Judy was Fred's mom!

The magazine date[]

I don't think it's correct to say the magazine was dated from the same day the Mayor took Fred Jr. -- in "All Fear the Freak" all they said was the date matched the day the Mayor said was his birthday. It might well have been an older magazine than the date the baby was taken.—Preceding unsigned comment added by RockSunner (talkcontribs)

I removed it, but it did sound like it. As if the Mayor just a grabbed any picture he could find on the day he got Fred. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible 06:11, November 13, 2011 (UTC)

Renaming issue[]

On the psychiatrist's note page (at the start of "The Night the Clown Cried II"), the name "Jones" has been crossed out and a new name starting with "C" seems to be used. Is this enough of a hint that Fred is now going by his true family name of Chiles? If so, should we at least have a redirect link under that name? --RockSunner (talk) 06:28, November 18, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, that could be some kind of small hint, but if they really wanted to get that across they should have already made a point of clearly addressing. And now that he's cut himself off from them now it seems kind of moot. -- Anythingspossibleforapossible (talk) 08:48, November 18, 2012 (UTC)
