T.J. Buzby is a criminal. He has a good twin brother, Sheriff Rufus Buzby, whom he impersonated.
Physical appearance
He looks exactly like his brother Rufus, except that he is bald and has no mustache. His heavier size provides a few comedic bits throughout his apperance.
Personality
Scooby-Doo meets the Boo Brothers
T.J. Buzby knew about the secret fortune hidden in the Boureguard Mansion and dressed up as several ghosts to scare Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo off so he could search for it himself. He also impersonated his brother, Sheriff Rufus Buzby, to pretend he was trying to catch an escaped gorilla so he would have a reason to be around the mansion. Eventually, he learned that the fortune was held in the fireplace and beat the group back to it. However, just as he was about to steal it, ironically, the treasure then came flowing out of the fireplace, piling on top of him and trapping him. He was unmasked, and his brother, the real sheriff, then arrived and explained everything to the three. T.J. was then carried off by his brother into custody.
