Swampy Pete was a swamp rat, who in reality, was really undercover police lieutenant, Pete Dugan.

Swampy Pete was an elderly male, with long white hair. He wore a gray shirt underneath a black jacket, pants and shoes.
Personality[]
Swampy Pete was known to be creepy and scary and at the same time to be protecting the others from Redbeard's ghost and his crew. He would only come to warn Scooby-Doo and the others whenever Redbeard would be close.
