The swamp witch was the disguise of King Fancy.
Physical appearance[]
She is a green skinned witch with a long nose, yellow eyes, ruined teeth and messy gray hair. She wore a torn purple robe and a pointy hat.
Personality[]
She's an evil person who enjoys taunting Shaggy and Scooby when they were on their journey through the Bayou to rescue their friends.
History[]
She kidnapped Fred, Daphne and Velma and tied them up in these different locations.
She then went around to torment Shaggy and Scooby by making them follow her through dangerous areas of the Bayou, where animals, obstacles and a Swamp monster awaited them. But they managed to make it through and rescue their friends.
After they rescued all of them, she attempted to get away and escape through a cave. Little did she know that the gang had Scooby flip multiple levers which connected to a cage, that then fell on the witch trapping her.
King Fancy unmasked.
She was then unmasked revealing it to be King Fancy, for reasons unknown.
