Supernatural Forces and the Extra-dimensional Forces Behind Them is a book by Professor Horatio Kharon that details a variety of supernatural events, namely Nibiru.

The book is a red and white hard-back with a removable cover. On the front it bears only its name, and on the back is a picture of its author, followed by a short paragraph of information about him that continues onto the inside of the back page.

Velma borrowed the book from her mother, in the hope that reading it would help her understand the Nibiru phenomenon and how it worked. It made her confused as she was used to people dressing up as monsters, but now she had to consider that 'something truly supernatural is happening here'.[1]
After Scooby told the gang about his vivid dreams, he pointed to the picture of Kharon on the back of the book as Velma was holding it and exclaimed 'and he's in there too!'. This prompted the gang to visit his house just outside Crystal Cove to ask for his help with Scooby's situation.[2]

- The book also appears in the 'previously on...' recap of both Stand and Deliver and The Man in the Mirror.
- In the former recap, the book appears to be blue instead of its usual red.
