The super hero sandwich was a special submarine sandwich made by the Three Stooges, as a reward to Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers for saving 3 Stooges Ghost Town. It contains lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, and meat.

The super hero sandwich was seen about to be consumed by Scooby and Shaggy when the bag of uranium Shaggy had given to Curly Joe caused the latter's pet, Dingbat, to go haywire and send the sandwich flying into the air, before it landed back in their hands intact.
