Steve Fortescu is the identical twin brother of Stu Fortescu.
Physical appearance[]
Steve is a tall, thin young man with slicked-back chin length black hair, pale skin and dark eyes with a pointy nose. He wears a black jacket edged with red over a white shirt, black trousers and boots. He also has pierced ears, wearing small gold hoop earrings. As a child, he wore a white t shirt, blue shorts and white socks with black shoes.
Personality[]
He believed Owen DeCassle stole his family's pride when Owen bought Fortescu Castle from his parents and held a grudge against him for that.

Steve and Stu as children.
He and his brother were trying to ruin Decassle's business by ruining the Hex Girls' music video by switching roles of Baron Fortescu, their ancestor who was world-renowned for being a vampire. He was caught by the gang and locked in the dungeon, while his brother remained on the loose until he was eventually captured as well.
