The Spooky Space Kook was the disguise of Henry Bascombe.
Physical appearance[]
He is a tall creature with a floating blue skull for a head and glowing white eyes. He is dressed in a light blue spacesuit with a black belt around his waist, and a helmet that constantly flickers between red and black.
Personality[]
He was both a freaky and mysterious being, who arrived at Gold City for unknown reasons and terrified the locals.
History[]
My Friend, Scooby-Doo![]
The alien was sighted by townsfolk and news reporters went to a local farmer named Henry Bascombe for questions on the sight near the airfield. It eventually got him annoyed so he called Shaggy and Scooby back to Gold City in order to take care of the Spooky Space Kook, before they can head off for a vacation.
The Kook later stalked the two from it's crashed ship and went to attack Scooby by trying to take him away down the mines, but missed before getting sent away on a minecart.

Henry unmasked.
They eventually capture the alien at the saloon, and revealed the culprit to be none other than Henry Bascombe the farmer. He used the space kook disguise to scare people away and also use a made-up space ship to convince people an alien landed on the area just so he could buy the land cheap and sell it to the airfield, as they were planning on getting room for big jets.
