The Spirits of the Yoruba tribe were the disguises of Taiwo and Kehindie.
Physical appearances[]
They were both short people dressed in robes, and wore masks with sharp teeth, spikes and pink tongues, with the left one wearing blue and the right one wearing yellow.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
The two of them were encountered by Shaggy and Scooby during their search for a nearby food seller, with the one in the blue mask scaring them one way, and then yellow masked spirit scaring them back to the rest of the gang and their friend Labo.
The spirit in the yellow mask later attack the group when they were looking at the idols in the Sacred Grove, most notably the Eshu's missing masks. He chased Fred, Velma and Labo as Daphne and the two cowards ran an opposite way to a lake to rest up, but quickly turned back around as the spirit in the blue mask came swinging down on a vine and attacked.
They both attacked together and were easily fallen by Fred's trap, by getting their feet caught by some rope and hung upside down, before getting dropped down for the unmasking.
The two mop assistants unmasked.
The two of them were revealed to be Labo's two cousins, Taiwo and Kehindie. They were the ones responsible behind the thefts of the Eshu masks, as it was all a prank they wanted to play for fun, which didn't make their aunt very happy and was gonna scold the two, only to get stopped by Daphne. As they were just kids and needed a second chance.
They ended up forgiving for their prank and rewarded the gang with a feast at the grove.
